Grid trash remover

Application: Grid trash remover is mainly applied to power station, urban water supply, municipal water supply and drainage, metallurgy, chemical engineering, etc. It is used with trash rack on upstream side to effectively intercept and remove all kinds of small rubbish such as aquatic plant, branch, plastic, thin film, etc.
Equipment composition： GDMG grid trash remover mainly consist of the upper rack, drive motor and reducer, drive system, screen and chain, lower frame and guide rail, flashing water system, sewage sump, safety protection device, etc.
Operating principle： The conveying chain that is connected with the screen by bolt is driven the screen by motor to move from bottom to top. The screen is used to intercept sewage in the stream and lift the sewage to be above ground (zero meter floor) ; and then the sewage is flushed into slag washing tank to achieve the aim of filtering water quality through pressure water flushing. |
