QP series fixed hoist

Fixed hoists are mainly used for opening and closing sluice gates. They are designed to be powered by electric motors and are equipped with devices such as sluice gate opening indicators, load indicators, height limit protection, and load protection. According to different applications, they can be divided into several types: QPQ plane gate hoists, QPK quick gate hoists, QPG high-lift hoists, QHQ arc gate hoists, etc. Fixed hoists are mainly composed of a frame, electric motor, brake, reducer, coupling, drum device, moving pulley block, balance pulley block, height indicator, load indicator, and electrical system.

QM series mobile hoist

Mobile hoists are special cranes installed on the dams of hydropower stations to open and close sluice gates, trash racks, and lift equipment. Except for a few models where the spreader only moves left and right along the dam axis, there are also bidirectional mobile hoists that can not only move left and right along the dam axis but also move upstream and downstream. The bidirectional gantry hoist is mainly composed of cart tracks, hoisting mechanisms, gantries, cart traveling mechanisms, trolley traveling mechanisms, rail clamps, anemometers, driver's cabs, machine rooms, gantry crane power supply devices, and electric drive controls.
