PURPOSE:
The rotary suspended cleaning machine is a type ofcleaning equipment used in power plants and water diversionprojects.It is an ideal alternative to sewage blocking anddrainage (cleaning)equipment.The modular design of thiscleaning machine can be directly applied to the channel gate(if the river is too wide,it can be connected by floating boxassembly).

COMPOSE:
The rotary suspended cleaning machine mainly consists of a cross trash rack,a rake manipulator,a platform,a conveying system,a hydraulic system,an electric control system,a protection system,etc.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE:
The operation of the rotary suspended cleaning machine can be automatically controlled through intelligent programs.When the equipment is running,the cross shaped trash rack is driven by a hydraulic motor to rotate clockwise by 90(in the direction of water flow),and the underwater trash rack is used to intercept the dirt.When the dirt accumulates to a certain extent,it is rotated again by 90o.The trash on the trash rack is scraped into the conveying system by a rake manipulator and transmitted to the designated collection point.The above operation cycle is executed until the surface of the dirt is cleaned.
