GD Type Single Beam Rake Cleaning Machine(Straight Arm)

PURPOSE:
The single beam rake cleaning machine is a type of cleaning device mainly used in power stations,power plants,water supply and drainage pumping stations,urban water supply,and water intake.It can effectively clean various types of garbage in front of or attached to the trash rack.

COMPOSE:
The single beam rake type cleaning machine is mainly composed of steelstructural supports such as a mobile trolley,working arm,cleaning rake bucket,transmission system,hydraulic system,walking system,conveying system,automatic control system,track,etc.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE:
When the cleaning machine is running,the mobile car travels to the cleaning position,and the working arm component drivesthe rake bucket to extend to the bottom of the water intake,closely meshing with the trash rack bars.After grabbing the dirt,it isdirectly placed in the trash collection bucket(or conveyor).The above operation cycle is executed until the dirt is cleaned on thetrash rack.
